It was almost twenty years ago, a representative of one of the world’s largest banks showed a room full of sales people how the Home Equity Line of Credit loan works and should be used. It has haunted me ever since. Why would someone NOT want to save potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars and knock many years off their home mortgage?
